Director - Una Gabie is an associate at Pushor Mitchell LLP practicing primarily in the areas of corporate, commercial, real estate and wills and estates. She has been with Pushor Mitchell LLP since 2006 and has been a member of the Okanagan Mortgage Lenders Association since 2009. Una has an undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario. Una looks forward to working with the members of OMLA for another productive year.

Vice President - Simon has 21 years of Real Estate appraisal experience in South Africa and Canada. He has resided and worked in the Okanagan Valley since 1998 and owns and operates All Equity Appraisals Ltd in Kelowna, BC. Simon is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and specializes in the appraisal of residential properties for mortgage lending purposes. Director - Sarah was raised in Calgary, Alberta and Oakville, Ontario. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary in 1997, Sarah continued her studies at the University of Saskatchewan where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 2001. Following graduation, she relocated to Kelowna and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2002.
Sarah has a solicitors practice with a focus on wills and estates, commercial and real estate law.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys living and playing in Lake Country with her young family.
Joanna Wrzesniewski

Director - Joanna has a well-established business, real estate and wills and estates practice in addition to her personal injury law practice. She has extensive experience advising individuals and companies in all aspects of business, estate and real estate law.
Joanna has been called to the Bar of British Columbia since 2001 and has had the priviledge of practicing law in the Footways, downtown Vancouver and Kelowna.
Joanna is the Co-Chair of the Okanagan Commercial Real Estate CBA Section as well as a director of the Okanagan Mortgage and Lenders Association (OMLA).
Joanna is always looking to grow her practice and to assist new clients.
